This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the QuickBooks Online integration application ("Application") operated by Aral Tasher Creative LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
This Application is a private integration tool designed for internal use only. By using this Application, you agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
The Application is authorized solely for connecting to and interacting with QuickBooks Online data through the Intuit API. Use is limited to the account holder and authorized users within the organization.
You may not redistribute, sublicense, sell, or make this Application available to third parties. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of any proprietary components.
The Application accesses QuickBooks Online data via Intuit's OAuth 2.0 authorization. Data is processed locally and is not stored on external servers, shared with third parties, or used for any purpose beyond the intended integration functionality.
This Application complies with Intuit's platform requirements and developer guidelines. Use of QuickBooks Online data is subject to Intuit's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The Application is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Application.
This license is effective until terminated. We may terminate this Agreement at any time. Upon termination, all rights granted under this Agreement cease, and you must stop using the Application.
We reserve the right to update this Agreement at any time. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
